Callaway & Price, Inc. is one of Florida’s longest standing real estate appraisal firms. The company was founded in 1972 by Robert J. Callaway and Joe R. Price. There are now six principals in the firm, with three offices located on the East Coast of Florida. Michael R. Slade, Daniel P. Hrabko and Stephen D. Shaw manage the West Palm Beach office; Harry D. Gray and Stephen G. Neill manage the Fort Pierce office; and Curtis L. Phillips manages the Melbourne office. Throughout our offices, we have 25 state-certified general appraisers, 10 of whom are designated MAIs, 3 state-certified residential appraisers, and 8 support staff.

Our client base includes some of the largest public and private entities in the United States, financial institutions, attorneys, insurance companies, major oil companies, government agencies, corporations, accounting firms, real estate developers, and mortgage companies. Our Firm's six principals have over 100 years combined real estate appraising and consulting experience.
