Callaway & Price, Inc. is one of Florida's longest standing real estate appraisal firms. The company was founded in 1972 by Robert J. Callaway and Joe R. Price. There are now six principals in the firm, with three offices located on the East Coast of Florida. Michael R. Slade, Daniel P. Hrabko and Stephen D. Shaw manage the West Palm Beach office; Harry D. Gray and Stephen G. Neill manage the Fort Pierce office; and Curtis L. Phillips manages the Melbourne office. Throughout our offices, we have state-certified general and residential appraisers, some of whom are MAIs, as well as support staff.

Our client base includes some of the largest public and private entities in the United States, financial institutions, attorneys, insurance companies, major oil companies, government agencies, corporations, accounting firms, real estate developers, and mortgage companies. Callaway & Price is one of the most respected real estate appraising and consulting firms in the industry. Our work is done in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and the Appraisal Institute Code of Ethics.
